Shipping policy

Due to the nature of items being made to order, the current turnaround time for your order to be dispatched/shipped is 2-3 weeks. 

Once items are shipped and in the hands of the carrier, Kat & Co is no longer responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address they provide to be in a secure location for their package to be received.
