Hello! I am Kat, the sole operator, designer, and craftswoman behind all things Kat & Co!

I started out this journey as an amateur sewist and quilter. Over the years I developed a love of how embroidery (especially embroidered sweatshirts) looked. I never knew at first how to get into machine embroidery, but thought my knowledge of sewing and quilting could help me out!

In 2022 I started the journey of opening my Etsy store "theKatandCo" selling embroidered sweatshirts. Most designs were my own personal interests in what I wanted to wear, and overtime, I have grown in my craft and been able to introduce many different designs.

I never thought I could run a successful Etsy store, but it wound up actually happening. After the success and a couple years on Etsy seeing what I like and disliked about the platform. I thought I'd give customers an opportunity to cut out the middle man and buy directly from me!
